ch555's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ch555 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint being submitted, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to pursue claims against ch555 through class action proceedings.
